Review :

“A good read with the touch of mythology.”

The title of book reflects its genre. The reader knows what he/she can expect from the book. The book is based on an old mythology which talks about the kingdom of Saptraj, the spirit world. The storyline is well woven and the plot holds good.

The best part of a fantasy or mythological novel is that we come across various concepts which are beyond our scope. And the toughest part is to make the reader believe in every one of them. Now Shreyan has done a good job with this book. But I think that it could have been improved. The reader is impressed by the fantasy world which the author creates but at the same times, some things go loose without much consideration. Some parts contradict themselves. Now it may be due to inadequate editing. A lot of his, her, him, them have been misplaced throughout which affects the reading experience.

As a reader, I felt that certain things could have been improved. I loved the plot and the story. The execution part could have been improved a little bit. But anyways, the book delivers what it promises.

This book has good potential given one round of editing. Keeping it aside, the book was a worthy read. The book has a good storyline and the characters have been skillfully described. I would like to congratulate Shreyan for the efforts he put in. Good luck for future.
