The first officer that entered the room came out instantly, his face was blanched. He sat down on a chair outside the building.

The news in next day’s paper was the body of a senior officer has been found in a deserted godown. Apparently some one really disturbed has practiced knife throwing at him before killing him with a single shot.

Two scenes on the same day, one in the local police headquarters, two senior officers were sitting in a closed room.

“It was a surprise but can’t say it was heinous.” Mr. Reddy said.

“Yes.” Mr. Talapatra nodded his head.

“What a beast! Think about the woman when she discovered that this ***** has placed cameras and microphones in her rooms and forced a couple of crooks he could frame to play the role of his landlord and family. So he could destroy her.”

“Just because his lover begged him to do that heinous thing he abused every power that is laid in the hands of a police officer of his rank!”

“He tampered police records, tapped her phones, terrorized her family members, employers to please his mistress.”

“As per the police records of his station that girl is a terrorist, her records say that there are high chances of her being active part of a big terrorist outfit.”

“If we have not been supplied with the proof of his actions we would not have guessed it in our wildest imaginations.”

“Let’s not find out the murderer. Let the case die.” Talapatra said.

“Good suggestion.”

In another town, hundreds of miles away a young man and a woman were sitting side by side on a park bench.

The girl was feeding pigeons. There was a calm, tranquil look on both faces.
